Now you can make your HDB Financial Services Loan repayments online anytime, anywhere using Internet banking/ Mobile banking/ Debit Card/ UPI facility offered by your bank. Enjoy a secure and convenient experience by following these three simple steps:

STEP 1
Enter your HDB Loan account number twice, complete the Captcha, and click the validate button to verify the loan account number with our records and retrieve your details along with the repayments permitted for the loan account/s.
STEP 2
Select the payment you wish to make and click proceed to view the eligible amount. Verify the details, enter the amount you want to pay, and choose your preferred payment method. You will then be securely redirected to the payment gateway to complete the transaction.

Please Note: If you hold multiple loan accounts, the system will display the details of all eligible loan account numbers with their respective amounts. You can select the loan account number against which you want to make the payment.
STEP 3
Enter your banking details to make the payment online through UPI, Netbanking, Mobile Banking or Debit card, Confirm your payment amount towards HDBFS loan account, and your selected bank account will be debited instantly. Upon successful completion, you will receive a Transaction Reference Number -Please save it for future reference
Please Note
  1. This service is available for HDB Financial Services customers only.
  2. This facility is for payment of Installment and other overdue amounts. Payments made would be adjusted against the arrears in the account.
  3. This facility also allows Advance EMI ,Part-payment, Loan Closure payments and other charges for certain eligible customers (Please refer FAQs for eligibility criteria)
  4. Customers are requested to maintain sufficient balance in their registered bank account to enable successful debit of instalment through the NACH/Auto-debit, in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. Customers may also make the EMI payment in advance at least five days prior to the EMI due date.
  5. In case your mobile number has changed, please visit HDB nearest branch or write an email to customer.support@hdbfs.com requesting to update your contact details.
  6. In the event you are unable to make your Payment, you can re-try after 24 hours. Please do NOT use this service if:
  • You have not missed an/a Installment payment and have an ongoing, active and regular means of paying your Installment (by NACH instruction or auto-debit advice and so on) or You do not have over dues outstanding on your loan account.
